This dispute has been open nearly a month now, I have already changed the request to cancel a week ago I would like to see some kind of progress or information on what's going on. @Ryan has already made a verdict what can be done to move this along? @Middleman
Posting again to bump thread. Status has been changed to cancel for over a week and still no action, this should of been handled already after all the hoops I had to jump thru!
11/26/18 still no response from either @Middleman or @Ryan on resolving this issue. Do you guys not honor your terms of service agreement? I have paid for the extra insurance and either way this is covered under the first 60 days.
