You have been scammed... middleman is only done via the website, nowhere else for this exact reason. You essentially just sent all of your info to him via an e-mail posing as Middleman. It's hard to follow along on this but Middleman is only done via the website so this is 100% a scam. Try to get your account back ASAP.
Try to send an email to [email protected] and you'll see it will go "undelivered". They spoofed a @PlayerUp.com e-mail but that e-mail doesn't actually exist.
