Yeah, this user has been banned for nearly a week. It was an obvious scam - try to get your money back via PayPal.
Thanks, paypal will refund me. It would be nice if playerup can blacklist his IP address. His type are the the worst sort of people walking among humans.
He comes on via VPN's so we can't track them - but we ban accounts as quick as possible that are here for scamming.
