I cannot transfer funds from my paypal. I do not have an international card That is why I told him to refund the payment. Brother I have made deals for much big amounts . Why would a person scam for 2.5$?
I refunded the payment but I don't know why didn't you get.As I said I cannot transfer funds from my paypal. So the only option was refund. I refunded the payment but I don't know why you didn't get. And now there is no refund button because the payment is on hold.
@Aayush0910 i would request u to kindly provide us some mail or screenshot of the refund that u did. @Raj100shah1 yes it was paid for the goods and service and i have already raised the ticket from almost 4 days and still its unsolved in paypal.
