He told me when i bought the account i would receive a free account with it, so i bought the account. Everything went well i got bought the accounts, got the skins on there as promised until i talked with @Quick Garde because i offered him a trade, a trade where both of the accounts are included and he told me that the 'main account' is cracked. Lucky for you, you used PlayerUp Middleman Services so your payment is 100% protected. I have put in a request to cancel this order and the seller has been notified. They have an opportunity to resolve but if they don't reply then this will cancel within 48-72 hours.
The main account is not cracked it is a friend's account that was sold to me that i sold to him. The email cannot be changed on that account I gave him access to the account which he could have sent a ticket himself to change the billing address or email. I told him I would try to change the email which yes I did for the second account. The first main account the email could not have been changed. Epic games did not let me change anything. The PlayerUp Post never states the email was guaranteed. As you can see in the gyazo he later states he wants to use my Paypal and use my personal identification to change the billing address (WHICH WAS NEVER GUARANTEED IN THE POST), email and verify his identity with my identity (which i was not obligated or comfortable doing it) . He has full access to the accounts he just cannot change the email. The email for the first account is [email protected] I can confirm the email is not cracked if playerup sends a message towards that email. If my credits are revoked i would like to have the accounts back because i gave him access to them and i do not have access to these accounts anymore.
Kingslanding, I would like some proof that the account is not cracked. Did epic give you a reason on why the email cannot be changed? i don't care that i dont get email acces BUT it would be nice. Anyways i would just like to get proof of the account being 100% 'mine'
Sure I would like to first know what a "cracked account" is an explain what "proof" is and I will provide it for you.
A cracked account is basically an account which is most of the time inactive, it can be from a guy in Peru or anywhere else. Somehow someone (in this context it would be you) got the account details and gives/sells it to others. So it means that the account is not fully 'yours' because the original owner never sold it
well I cant provide email access like i said so if you want to have a refund i will need you to return the accounts.
Seems this is settled then. The account is not full access, yet you say it's full access. This isn't true, at any second the account can be changed via the e-mail. Now I'm not saying this is going to happen, but why are you asking for return of the account when you can just do that? If you own the e-mail the account is on, you will be able to recover it with ease. The account never states access on the thread, but it never says you won't have it. That's a red flag to many people and he has a right to want access to it. Just take the account back and he'll be refunded.

If you have e-mail access to the account - the account is as full access as possible. I was under the assumption this did not come with e-mail access. You should just keep the account, this is as good as it gets. Changing the e-mail on the account is near impossible.
This was the first time that i bought an account, it didnt say that you get email acces but it also didn't say that it wasn't possible to get email access. I would just feel more comfortable with having email acces aswell.
He's saying you do have e-mail access? E-mail access means you have the e-mail associated with the account.
