    Because of his countless banned accounts + him leaving himself feedback on one of them.

    There's about 10 others and he's still making them now.

    This user is banned off ENPC and countless other sites on his many aliases.

    Please look into the user prior to unsuspending them.

    Venezuela IP's shouldn't even be allowed on the site since none of them are legit.
