We have suspended your PlayerUp Account as you're listing items for sale and then once a buyer pays trying to cancel them. It's one thing for this to happen once, but you did this MULTIPLE times. Based on the messages, buyer pays, you ask them to contact you offsite, then you cancel the orders here. Since you're not honoring sales then there is no reason for you to continue doing business here. All 110 of your listings have been disabled.
Hello dear administration, I do cancel those transactions only once the buyer tells me to cancel them. Those buyers click the buy it and later they message me in Instagram and inbox to cancel the order. So please reconsider my suspension. I am not guilty for that. And I will avoid doing such things. Please remove my suspension, I will avoid all those activity and will try my best to follow rule of playerup.
And you can see there is no any complain of fraud and scam by me. I am legit seller. Please , I request you to remove the suspension.
And one thing, middleman me always inform me of payment lately after 1-3 days payment done by buyer. Before that I usually already sell those items. Because of your late information too I am forced to cancel order as I already sell them and unavailable if items. So you too have little drawbacks. If there was instant action I could have provided order to buyers and I wouldn’t have cancel the orders. So please reconsider it. And in future please I wish there will be instant action after payment by buyer. Thankyou
Some of these transactions though were just paid for and activated right away. Then you tell the buyer to message you and later they cancel. Why would the buy pay and then hours later cancel?
Because I was informed lately of payment and so I need to discuss about it. Any way I am really sorry for that action. I won’t repeat such action in future. And I was unknown to that rule. There wont be such activities from me in future. Thankyou
