    How to Report a Dispute
    Please fill out all 9 questions below. You must provide proof or your claim cannot be validated.

    This dispute happened around September 29.He was selling an account for $25 and he never delivered account.His name is t0by and that’s all I Know about him.Tye purchase was made through PayPal and I hope this problem gets resolved

    This user has been banned from the site for over 3 months.

    Why would you purchase off him? He was banned for scamming, so you decided to get scammed as well?

    If you can dispute the transaction, you should now.

    Was it through middleman?

    If it wasn't - but through Paypal, call PayPal or dispute it. Google it for information.
