We suspended your PlayerUp Account due to what appears you trying to exploit our platform. We helped you, and shielded you from being scammed by certain sellers here. We provided you credit. You then attempted to use that credit but at the same time you're disputing those payments. This is considered fraud. You're trying to get 2 items. Now I refunded 1 of your 2 of your payments just now. It's now on your to explain your actions and close your 2nd dispute so we can properly close this issue.
It said 1-24 hours for a credit to paypal exchange. After 9 days, I figured I wasn't getting refund so I used credits. Yeah, I am such a scammer. This website is a disgrace. I want my other $25.75 back.
So we're a disgrace for shielded you from potential scammers at no cost and then you turning around and trying to scam us. Got it.
Telling me I'll get a refund in 1-24 hours and then over 9 days later I still don't have it isn't a scam? I did not scam, in fact, I have had several successful transactions on this website. Using credits after 9 days was only done because I figured you guys weren't gonna refund me. I didn't say you were a disgrace, the website and system is. Can I just get the refund?
My money is has been bilked and culled by scammers, and the website took weeks (initial order was 9/15, it is now 10/4) and you guys won't even give me the $25.75 back. And you want me to thank you for suspending one of the scammers accounts for a day.
Let's just settle this now. Please refund $25.75 and you won't have to see my account active on middleman again. The real scammers get my money and, I, a victim of scamming on this website, was suspended. Please send me refund for other item. Thank you.
^I don't get it. Why don't you just refund him? Like, if he hasn't received the credits in paypal money, why can't he just spend them?
1. You're not suspended. It was already revoked. 2. The transaction will auto refund back to you. You already requested a refund on it. The core issue is you're requesting and filing for a refund but at the same time trying to do use those credits. Don't do that. That's essentially trying to receive an item without paying. 3. The cashout system is automated. If however you're filing a paypal dispute, it will not refund back to you. You opted to receive a refund that way so we don't get involved with paypal disputes. You have up to 180 days to file a paypal dispute. No reason to prematurely file for one.
You were not scammed. Stop saying you were scammed. This is purely about you filing for a refund and then trying to use those "credits" to buy an item. If you had just ignored those credits and requested a refund, then we wouldn't be having this conversation.
That system shielded you from being scammed at no cost. You want to pay someone direct via PayPal? They then spend your money or withdraw it right away and that's the end of your money. With us, we hold the money and that shields you from deadbeat sellers or sellers out to scam you.
Anyway this issue is resolved. Your remaining amount will be refunded shortly. Stop saying you were scammed. It's actually the complete opposite.
I only spent the credits because it had been 9 days after the promised deadline, so I figured you guys weren't going to refund me as anyone would. When I am told 1-24 hours, and 216 hours pass (9 days), what I am supposed to do? Just keep waiting for you guys to decide to give me my money back? Come one Hulk, you've been doing this long enough, apparently since 2014. So you know my situation was not handled properly. And then the side has the audacity to suspend ME.
Not going to go back and forth on this repeating myself as I just explained all of this in my previous reply: The reason your cashout didn't process is you disputed the payment. You may have been waiting 9 days but that's solely because you opted to dispute the payment instead of just letting the cashout happen. When you dispute, the ability to cashout is blocked. If you disputed, then you shouldn't request a cashout as you're already requesting a refund via PayPal. The core issue is not that you disputed but that what you did was request a refund via PayPal and then tried to use those credits to buy an item. Essentially you were looking to receive an item and then get a refund. This is an attempt to fraud our platform. You keep saying you're suspended. You aren't suspended.
You already filed for a refund through PayPal so this transaction is officially cancelled. You wait for PayPal now. We will not respond to the dispute so they won't delay your refund. If you don't file disputes, we can refund you faster and you could have cashed out your funds 10 days ago.
