Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below Buyer accessed the account successfully, but he did something wrong that made the account locked It's not the seller's fault, so both sides should have responsibility 1. Proof of logging Google successfully - IP client (not locked yet) 2. Proof of logging facebook successfully - IP client (not locked yet) 3. He did something wrong and make my account disable, and it's unfair if the buyer received money back from Middleman and I lost my account
@KajLee it's neither buyer's fault nor yours google is disabling accounts from last month if they find any suspicious activity in the account but can be recovered easily if you are the original owner of the gmail. Now you sold him the account so it's your responsibility to fix it because buyer paid money for something. In this case you should refund buyer or give him another account it's not buyer's fault as you can't recover the account. If you are selling a gmail account you should be able to fix it if any problem comes. Easy steps to avoid this in future. 1.Always change password of the gmail before giving to your buyer. 2.After buyer logged in go to account security and accept his device so that Google can know that's it's your device. 3.Remove gmail from your device. 4.Tell buyer to change security details now. Second option is 1.Give account to buyer. 2.Tell him to change check account but change password after 48hrs atleast. 3.Remove gmail from your device. Most important is always note down the creation date of the email.
Thanks for your advices, as you can see, I'm not a new seller so I understand what you are saying and have done it before, but the problem is that this buy did not respond me neither here or Line Messenger. I just recheck the account, it s not locked anymore and the buyer have control of it
@simbot - Please professionally close this transaction. @KajLee has been asking for your help. If you don't respond to this ticket, we will assume you're satisfied with this order. He claims you have ownership of the account and the accounts were unlocked.
@simbot if you don't want the accounts, just return them to him and then we can close this transaction.
Has there been no resolve to this? @simbot hasn't said anything - so I take it this is good to go with you getting a refund and/or you got the account back.
