If you are telling the truth so I would ask you to provide me with one of these credit cards, PayPal, activation codes (CD Keys), Steam Wallet codes, or other options. If you can't do that so 100% you got the account back.
i have the phone number and the First E-mail tell me what to do. i have none of the other options. and i can't stress this enough the ACC sold nickname i put on the account was to make it unrecoverable if u recover an account with such nickname it gets BANNED! steam support can tell it was u or me who set that nickname based on the IPs. that account had the nickname selling acc for a month! the only wallet code is what i used 2 years ago and that's it which i also didn't keep a note of, i don't have any intl payment options, all the other games are purchased on steam market directly most of my codes are received from steam resellers in steam chat and i don't keep notes of them ,all of my accounts use the same E-mail and recovering that account would cause all of my account to lose access to community market for 15 days and i'm a marketeer i can't afford that for whatever game you're playing here , i can send u screenshot proofs of my accounts still having access to steammarket. so what do we do here? are u gonna stop playing games with us or wat? and i'm not gonna give u my main E-mail address which basically is the email for every account i ever made what reassurance are u going to give me that u won't pull something like this off again? and also, when was the last time u logged in to the account?

he claims the account have been recovered and i'm saying i didn't recover the account & we're stuck at this point,and i barely knew it could be recovered until he posted that steam info which i think should be removed to avoid others from doing this.and we're stuck at this point.the only way to fix this issue "IF" the account is hijacked or w/e is going on here is to provide him my Main E-mail and phone number which i can't and i'm not gonna.
