When a buyer send a support ticket to Middleman it is ignored although one can see the Middleman account has been online since the ticket was opened. Middleman staff should be required to respond to queries within an alloted time frame, or at least to confirm verification submission. I have submitted my # photo THREE times now to try and get the team to do something and messaged about 6 times. I can see the account has been online since these message were sent but haven't even recieved an acknowledgement of my request. It is important buyers are respected and responded to as we have paid money into Middleman and not getting replies erodes our goodfaith in PlayerUp are a secure and honest platform.
