I've submitted several tickets and contacted PlayerUp on Facebook AND Twitter explaining what happened and have been ignored every time. This account (Bob Kazamakis) is the intended account I plan to use on this website and any other associated account can be deleted. If the tickets were responded to by an actual human or the Social media platforms were actually attended to this could've been avoided weeks ago.
I registered an account to [email protected], but afterwards realized I didn't want to have the sale of my accounts tied to that name. So I made a new account under [email protected] for user "Bob Kazamakis" which was placed under some sort of restrictions. So I paid the $20 to make my account premium, but when I clicked the link to begin the process, it said I don't have privileges to do that. So I filed a ticket, while received an automated bot response and was marked "answered" So I made a new account today, hoping it wouldn't get flagged since it's been 24hr, and it got flagged too. Honestly they could all be merged into the skeeter10_69@yahoo.com profile, as I planned to use the Bob Kazamakis username to do business on PlayerUp.
I didn't want the sale tied to the [email protected] email, because when I sell the account they'll need the email. I don't want several accounts, as stated in the multiple tickets, Facebook, and Twitter messages. Any other accounts tied to me can straight up deleted as I wish to use Bob and only Bob.
