same happend to me, got unbanned today from fortnite. Took 2 months lol nightelf11 is a dirt scammer....
I mean thats nice right but I dont see he is ever going to refund or replace anything. He didnt even login on here nor on skype. Does that mean we are left alone in this?
i used a different website when buying from nightelf11. I received a full refund after showing proof.. the website's support said he was the one that agreed with a full refund which i find hard to believe lol but i got a refund.

Means he wasn't paid yet so they were able to cancel it. He is fraud and has been removed on PlayerUp.
It would be cool to at least have you say "No, we can not do anything with this" or "We are working on it" if you can. So far I only saw you saying his account has been terminated two times and no actual reply to my case.
That's fine. We let the PayPal Dispute go through so you were fully refunded. Normally we would respond to it but you were clearly scammed here. We will work to get the funds back from nightelf ourselves in the future. Would hope you'd appreciate that we initially have shielded you and temporarily at least taken the hit on your transaction financially. This case is now resolved.
As for @nightelf11, we have completely closed his account. It's a shame those other sites allow him to do business still on their platform but it clearly shows you that some sites could care less about their customers getting ripped off and others who do care.
Thanks a lot for that, I know it wasnt a problem with your site, just with a bad seller. Ill also tried to talk to the seller off-site so I wouldnt have to do this, which I know wasnt a perfect move from my side, but I got scammed and it wasnt really nice so.. sorry for that and yeah, thanks. I keep recommending this site and now i even have a reason more to do so.
