There's about 116,000 Elite Commander XP. However, ALL T7+ ships have a bare minimum of a 10-point captain, and most have at least a 14-point captain. There are 106 slots in the captain reserve, with about 15 extra captains of various nations there, including several 10+ point ones that are unassigned (having been won through various contests, etc.) There also are the following special captains: IJN Yamamoto (15 points) - in reserve, not specialized British Jack Dunkirk (15 points) - assigned to Edinburgh French Jean-Jacques Honore (13 points) - assigned to Henri IV US John Doe (11 points) - assigned to Cleveland This account will get you the maximum benefit from the upcoming US Navy Light/Heavy cruiser split (you will get ALL the new ships automatically, for free). All the Campaigns are finished, though there are approximately a dozen tasks left to complete. I consistently have finished at Rank 10 for the past 6 Ranked sessions - I have not tried to progress beyond there as the amount of effort required hasn't been personally worth it. I'm above-average statistics, but not stellar. Approx 53% WR, and 1100 WTR Important: I'm currently a member of a Clan. The account will be removed from that clan before sale.
