I only opened a dispute on payPal because the order I had purchase with my credits, the guy had sold the account already. And a middle man never responded to our 3 way convo and after 2 weeks I got wrriedw about the mkney. Both me and the seller had cancelled the order btw.
We're here to help but obviously you should be patient and allow transactions to properly close and cancel. Use the site tools and cancel transactions properly via your tickets.
I used site tools and we both marked it as cancelled as it was my first time so I didn't think it would be over two weeks for someone to reply
