    I don’t have the acct and I’m not trying to do this argue back and forth thing like we’ve been doing it’s grown tiring.

    You changed email & name, you are a liar, I can't look up the account name and see stats for it and I put picture I made account with same email & name it was. You have the account and if it was banned or disabled I couldn't make another epic games account with same email so stop lying you have the account

    Calling me a liar doesn’t phase me my guy. I don’t have it really that simple provide all proof you need but I haven’t touched fortnite in the past month almost two I don’t even have an acct lol. I’m waiting until this is done so I can stop coming to this website I hv no use for it. When the playerup mods finally get to this case then we will solve it. Other than that I have nothing more to say to you

    I agreed to do whatever middleman would like too. I’m not going to freely refund because you lost the account or can’t access it. I sent the screenshots of our conversation on discord that’s all I have to say. Middleman can decide what to do

    I have provided all the proof that the email on the account is changed and you have it or if the account is not yours then someone else reset it

    You can provide proof it’s changed but I don’t have it so you won’t get any real “proof” that I’ve done anything to the account my guy. I tried helping but I was told the info I gave was incorrect there was nothing more for me to do. I put all the info correctly and you helped me figure out the stats, recently bought items, level etc. so idk what to tell you. Idc about giving a refund ONLY if I have too because I honestly think you don’t deserve it as this situation escalated so much due to unnecessary actions you took before all this went down in which you acknowledged and even said yourself you don’t deserve any money but jus to “be out of $180 and learn my lesson” so I’ll let middleman decide what they want to do whatever they pick I’m fine with and this whole thing can be done

    We cannot refund you this amount. You had no insurance with your order. What do you expect us to do? Take the hit? We aren't the cause of this dispute. You're partially protected payment wise but if you're expecting a full refund where we pay out of our pocket, that isn't happening.

    You guys come up with a solution. All we can do on our end is partially protect the buyers payment but it's for a small %.
