If the seller approves the buyers request for a refund, please click on Change Order Status and select the "Seller - Cancellation Request" option. If the seller denies the buyers refund request, please respond back stating your reason and a middleman agent will respond to your rebuttal shortly.

    @Hulk I apologize for the same however the actions has already been taken on the 3 way ticket the seller has cancelled it and I also initiated the cancellation cus the seller mistakenly requested a cancellation from my end too but I still don't have any update on it neither I have received any message apart from the bot and being worried about my money was the reason for the doing.Could you please confirm when will I receive my credits back?

    MM Support is both manual and automated. They get 1000+ support tickets a day on top of the existing ticket replies so they have to have some automation :)

    Most questions they get are very generic same questions over and over so yes automation is required.

    Fine,That is fine @Hulk but its been 3 days now none of the agent has contacted me and my 3 way ticket is locked I am confused what is going on?

    cus of that spamming thing I didn't post for a whole day and waited for a reply but still nothing @Middleman please solve my problem its been 3 days now

    Please reply to the thread because its 4 days now and I have no update guys I really am worried now and I contacted Safecharge for it but they asked to contact you further please reply I have paid timely and I don't have the item what is the problem to reimburse it when everything is crystal clear that both parties canceled the order and the 3 way conversation is locked too please explain to me at least something so I can proceed accordingly?
