We don't like the way you're conducting business on PlayerUp. Specifically misleading the buyer and not answering payment questions but complaining to the buyer you haven't been paid. We are here to help sell your items securely but you're unnecessary drama and trying to stir conflicts.
Misleading the buyer? Me and the buyer both decided to cancel the order since after 10 days you didn’t even send the payment. And I was in contact with him everyday even when you took the 6.50$ without consent or even informing me you will beforehand I still told him what did you do to me. So we both agreed on cancelling and supporting a fraudulent website that steals others people money without informing them and even keep it at hold for more than you guys promised. And I did answer your dumb questions over and over and making questions about why I’m not receiving payment even through Facebook I had to complain. And your agent on Facebook even told me that I did everything right and I should just wait lmao completely the opposite of what you are saying now. * i updated my payment information 3 times to make it fully detailed but yeah all the blame is on you frauds

It has been 10 days I am not dumb or illiterate And yes it has been taken while still not admitting it. They said : we charged no extra fees and then taking 12,65% from it? While on that website of tables they said transfer bank global seller method takes only 3% and not 12.65% So you go better read right what you sent me in the conversations. Goodbye!
I still hold on to my cancellation of the order so just give the buyer his refund please. He just told me you took it today instead of giving it back.

In terms of fees, you can always negotiate with middleman on this. Fees here range from 4.99% to 12.99%. As far as I can tell, this transaction was nearly finished so all you're doing now is causing further delays. I would strongly reconsider what you're doing and resume the transaction, talk to them about fees to reduce it and have them expedite your payout. They could technically get your transaction done and paid for within 24 hours. We're here to help but obviously we can't help if you're not working with us so we can issues resolved.
Sorry but no .. to be able to retrieve the money using my bank card there should be only 3% fees charged nothing more than 3%. Therefore I still continue to decide on cancelling.
I’d rather cancel and have my account back then keep the payment while I know it won’t be retrieved especially that I am changing to another bank this week. It’ll be a waste to have that money which will only be stored in my bank and i need my money cash
3% fees aren't possible. Even PayPal charges 4.4%. You should raise your prices on the items you're selling if you are very specific on a set price.
