If the service has not been done properly, you can cancel the order and get a refund on your credits. It seems you're in contact with the seller, so perhaps give him more time?
I've given him 2 days, he said it'll be finished within 12-24 hrs it's been longer then that now... And i can't as in that transaction there's no option to cancel it as i know where it would normally be.. that's why i have posted this..
