    What if I have already been verified?
    You don't need to repeat the verification process a 2nd time. Once you have been verified, we won't require any additional information so you can SKIP this step.

    When will my account be upgraded to verified status?
    Your PlayerUp Account will be upgraded from "Registered" to "Verified" upon sending your payment. You will now notice that you have a "Verified" seal under your username. What this Verified seal means is that moving forward you will no longer need any further verification, will help promote your ads with buyers/sellers, and you shouldn't experience any further delays on your transactions. Typically the fee is $20 to be verified but we provide it at no charge for buyers/sellers who use PlayerUp Middleman Services.

    What happens after I have submitted my payment information?
    Your payment will be put in queue and will be sent to you within 1-144 hours upon completion of the 3 way conversation ticket with you and the buyer. We will update this ticket once your payment has been sent. No further reply is needed in this ticket unless you have additional questions.

    How can I get updates on my payment status?
    You can track your orders instantly here. For all other payment related questions and updates please make sure to use this private conversation ticket only. Once you ask your question, an agent will update you in this ticket as soon as they can. If you open a duplicate ticket requesting an update then we could close those duplicate tickets without a reply in order to prevent confusion, duplicate replies and prevent spam. (06/09/2018)
