The buyer never paid us for this transaction. He provided a BTC Transaction URL and it doesn't belong to us. We did update the buyer and he has yet to respond back. That's why this order hasn't started.

We're investigating this currently. He sent a screenshot but it doesn't match any page on our site. We'll get more details throughout the day.
The problem is that this is clearly NOT our bitcoin address. It's possible he may have stumbled upon an old bitcoin link or bitcoin page but as far as we can tell it's not an active page. Currently we have forwarded all information to our in house server admin to investigate this. Until then, you guys will have to be patient. This is the 1st time in history we have ever have had this issue and it's only been 9 hours since this issue was 1st investigated by our team.
Additionally, we have requested more documentation from the seller to speed up the process. If in event it's an old bitcoin link of ours, then we can locate and fix this issue. If it's not an old bitcoin address, then we need to investigate if somebody made a mistake. If in event the mistake was on our end, then we will take liability for this. Being that you've done multiple transactions with us, you should as a seller trust us by now. I do find this very very odd that this has never in history happened yet for some reason on his particular payment this problem happened so it's only fair that we do a full investigation on this.
@Twittermax I am now getting involved in this reported dispute. We're currently still working on this and there is no current ETA on when/if this will be fixed but it is now my top priority for this week to investigate this case. Just letting you know in advance and at this time there is nothing more you need to do.
