    6/3/18 Transaction start date.
    after minor issue which was resolved, buyer confirmed delivery 6/17/18 and payment has yet to be released to me. It's been over a month and I've not received payment but the buyer has had the account for a month and a half. Please help.

    No the issue is that the seller never submitted their payment information.

    2. See the post we made on July 8? Requested you resubmit your payment information.

    3. At the time you requested your payment, the order was still active and not yet completed. We ask you to resunmit and request payment AFTER you completed the order.

    4. You eventually finished the order and completed the 3 way ticket however you never resubmitted your payment details to be paid and that's been the hold up.

    Hello,

    I have submitted numerous requests for payment//updates and have received no responses. The last time someone communicated with me was to say the money was sent to MM wallet, yet there is no money in my wallet. This can be seen in via the "0" amount in my MM Wallet. I've currently been waiting for 3 weeks after I requested cashing out my wallet with no response on this either. I don't know what to do to receive money but it has been this issue has been going on for an additional 2 months without any help/response.

    My intent is not to continuously open tickets like this one to get help but I would like to get paid the money from this account as the account was sold 3+ months ago.
