If you're the seller of an account your chances of being scammed are 0% - it's simply not possible. This is to say you're the original owner of the account. Any account can be recovered, although annoying in certain cases. But it can be done. So if you're a buyer of an account, you're putting up all of the risk. The only thing Middleman does is make sure you have as much ownership of the account prior to the deal being done and after that it's faith in the seller to not recover it. This is just how account sales work, sadly. You need to put full faith into the seller to not screw you over, and sometimes that's very difficult even with a lot of feedback. Good signs of not being scammed would be making sure the price sounds right. Buying things cheap? You're gonna get screwed. So many factors, and not many people have the knowledge to protect themselves.
