This user is the buyer. His PM to me: "Hey. Sorry I am aware you said be patient. I just wanted to know, will this be resolved soon or still being looked into? This isn't the first time I've had an issue with losing account information, and I've charged quite a bit of money on this account after I paid the middle man system the money required."
Based on what I am seeing, this can be 100% resolved financially but unsure if the account can be retained. It will require paying down the bad balance with the publishers to fix this and there is no guarantee that can be resolved.
It seems he's put money into the account, but I don't fully understand the context. I don't think there's anyway around simply refunding him the money he originally paid.
Yes. I have control of the account currently. I only have the Login and password. Buyer claimed that the account was not originally there's and was given to them, so they were unable to even give the email as well. It just doesn't seem very secure right now especially with the refund issue.
As Ryan said, I did put more money into the account once I secured details. I think in total an extra 900 dollars. Once the refund appeared from a transaction not done by me, it banned the account until it was paid. Unfortunately, there is no way to solve both ends of this, even if I get a refund from here, the account will stay banned until the refund is paid off, and if the refund there is done the original seller loses the account till that amount is paid back. In this case, yes I should have waited for the transaction to be fully completed. But the refund I didn't expect either. Hopefully you can think of the best solution
Putting 900$ into an account that didn't even come with e-mail? This is one of the worst things you could possibly do. I'll leave that up for them to decide.

It took too long for anyone to replay and then I had some work to do so I was out of the town and wasnt able to check on you guys for a while so I am a bit late with this new info... And as I said i havent got anything on my credits score and I havent cash out anything either. Still dont know what did I do wrong and where did I ask for some extra payment. Nobody from the site (middleman or any admin) PMed me about anything in 3 months no matter what i asked about I really have no bad attentions to anyone so I hope this will be finished soon in everyone's best regards
