    I’ve been suspended because it’s been a week and a day since I’ve confirmed my delivery and the middleman has made numerous excuses on why I haven’t received my payment so I requested a full refund of my account , he said that was out the question. But the buyer and myself have came to an agreement that we both want to cancel the order ,as soon as we changed status to cancel order I got suspended .

    1. This is your 1st transaction with us and your aggressive behavior during this transaction made us very suspicious. During the time the transaction ticket was opened you made a couple rude gestures to our team. As the transaction continued, it became increasingly worse which is common practice of somebody trying to rush the sale. As a result, we had the buyer complete a series of tasks which delayed your payout.

    2. After the buyer confirmed he completed these tasks, you knew very well your payout was scheduled for today and when we attempted to make that payout, they couldn't locate the account to actually pay you.

    3. Support updated you regarding this. You updated us during the day/afternoon with the URL link as corrected to pay you properly. Your payout was then re-scheduled to be sent tonight.

    4. Instead of waiting, a few hours go by and the buyer informed us you are attempting to recall the account blindly behind his/our back which is a strict violation of our terms of service and extremely dangerous act as this could result in the account being potentially banned all together.

    5. The buyer then asked us to close your PlayerUp Account which we have done for now at his request.

    You wasted 2 months trying to find a buyer. Delays will happen especially for a 1st time seller. As you do more business here, transactions speed up. In order for us to process a successful transaction, we need both parties cooperating with us so we can ensure all parties are satisfied in the end which they are. When you're doing things behind the scenes and being intentionally rude to our staff, this isn't helping your cause and making it impossible for us to do business with you. In an industry full of scams, your communications are common practice with those who have scammed others in the past.

    As of now we have gone ahead and cancelled this order. The buyer has been refunded at your request. This issue is now closed. We will not report the account which we normally do when sellers recall an account but cannot compensate you if something does happen to the account at a later point.

    Sorry we couldn't work out a deal with you and best of luck moving forward.
