Fraud - Need To Take Action Intoyo (Philip Jones) No access to account, has everything, doesn't answer me.

This is all the way in March 30th.

Something about this trade and Intoyo is sketchy. He has over 3 Youtube channels, and deletes the videos randomly.

He only accepts Xbox Gift Cards...Has multiple videos up of the same account on Youtube all with descriptions stating "50$ gift card only" for accounts worth 400$+ - and every video is deleted.

Something tells me he scams people and it's posted in the comments, and he then deletes the video.

On top of that, the info he sold of this account is publicly available for whatever reason?

This person is spamming Youtube and random websites anywhere they can trying to trade/sell/buy accounts

All signs point to scammer.

 

What doesn't make sense is that Intoyo wanted his email back, I gave it to him assuming he will help me change the email for the Epic Games (Fortnite) account, but he didn't want to help. And AT THE MINIMUM he could've given me the "Account creation date" but is refusing multiple times. He told me he has multiple YouTube channels for whatever reason with all different names and I don't understand that

This could have been done long time ago if he answered the questions but now we have to go through this to get a refund started again. The account is legitimately his, he has gameplay of it on his channel from months ago, but is doing something else now and not wanting to help out.

 

He got back to me on discord saying he emailed epic games but couldn't get the account back because they said it's "wrong info"

Very sketchy that he's unable to get the account back/email changed.

He wasn't able to get his account back so he gave me some of the info he knew (not all of it, he didn't want to give his ip or last 4 digits of credit card) but if the other required info is correct I will get my account. Otherwise if Epic Games(fortnite) tells if the info is not correct then that means the info Intoyo provided is not correct. @Admin

Intoyo was the reason why I lost access to the account in the first place. He sold the account + email, I can do anything I want to but he still went on the account, reset the password, and kept changing passwords and spending vbucks(in game currency) on the account without letting me know. I had to ask him multiple times, and I'm still very upset. The email broke because he tried to take the account back and separate the email so I had to remake it 30 days after and that's why I'm here because he kept going on the account trying to get it back and broke the email in the process. And he has all the emails now and is not responding here at all.

I didn’t even see all this and jus to say your digging got you some bugus info. I have two channels I ever created one is Zitake that I use now and my old one is IntoyoPlays I believe. I’ve never posted that account other than on this site and I’ve bought 3 three account since then and sold 1 and traded for 3 accounts but each time we traded back because they just wanted their acct back. And we only traded epic accounts because neither of us wanted to get scammed and I still keep contact w these people because we play on Xbox if you need info. Whatever digging you did is not even true those aren’t even passwords I use nor have I ever been on that website. The reason I even went on that account still was because my Xbox gamertag was linked so I was playing games and ofc I’d play fortnite but I told him and he was aware. I can’t provide screenshots due to him blocking me on his other acct. I never locked him out he disabled that email himself I was simply talking to Microsoft to unlink my gamertag and they did So leaving the email perfectly fine and I left him alone. Now because he locked the email did all this bs he’s mad at me? I didn’t do any of that I got my gt unlinked and that was it. I’ve clearly told him months ago I’d give his money back if he can’t get in the account. He said no he wants the acct. ok well whatever I left him alone now he’s locked out the email because he deleted it and had to recreate on his other email. I don’t see why this falls on me I’ve literally tried to cooperate and no I don’t feel like giving him my ip or card numbers it’s jus something I’m not comfortable with. I’ve helped him and in return he’s clearly agreed to leave me out of this matter. Like he knows and has said this is all due to him being extra and this whole I’m a scammer thing is bs why would I even use middleman. And the $50 dollar gift card sales I never even did I ended up traded which I have clear evidence of me doing so. I have 4 accounts rn and I legitimately sell but mostly trade them idc how much they go for as long as it’s $50 plus because it doesn’t bother me. Signs of a scammer I guess you can say that but I have proof of me selling/ Trading the accounts and even giving them back if they wish. I have no reason to argue this anymore if he wants his money idc he can get it but then give the acct back. If he wants the acct. then he’s agreed to leave me alone since I gave him all the info I knew about the acct except ip and card. I have the screenshots of me clearly saying and him agreeing to leave me out of this cuz this is mainly because of him. I never touched or messed up the email it was his own doing. I simply unlinked my gt and put it on another email. And I’ve told him he can have [email protected] back if he wants but I jus unlinked my bank and other personal things from it he can have it back but he’s made no sign of wanting it back. This whole case is dumb and bogus to me I wouldn’t have sold my account to him if he was just going to block me when I wanted help unlinking a simple gamertag because I was being “Annoying” about it

 

And I never broke the email unlinking a gamertag doesn’t touch the email at all you broke it by deleting iheartpaj and turning on two step verification. I wouldn’t know any of that because you blocked me when I tried to resolve the issue because I was annoying? If you didn’t the email would probably be fine and I could’ve unlinked the Gt w your help instead of having tier 3 Microsoft support do it for me

 

90% of everything you said doesn't relate to this issue. Whatever the case is, I was receiving emails fine until you went on the account to put your own email on there trying to change the alias, and I had to remake [email protected] as another account. Never would had this issue if you didn't go to the account to change the password. You bypassed the 2 step verification through your xbox.

 

I never bypassed anything. Microsoft support ( I have the screenshots) states or me clearly there’s no way to get into that email even they couldn’t because of two step my dude. The only thing they were able to do is remove my gamertag. Anything that went wrong w the email was because of you not me. You could’ve done it yourself for me but again like I’ve said you blocked me for being annoying about it. You remade iheartpaj on your own dude I influenced nothing

 

I had 2 step verification since the day I got the account and you were able to get in a couple of times before.

Well, you were going into my account after I bought it. And if you didn't I would have never had this issue.

 

You didn’t have to do anything to the email the only thing that I did was login to my Xbox acct and you were well aware of that as to me playing fortnite on the acct you were well aware cuz I told you I was dude I said I was jus gonna play until my gt was unlinked and you were fine w that. I even bought the power chord for you so you didn’t miss it lol. You were fully aware of everything dude and as for my Xbox account unlinked I kept asking if you could do it but ended up getting blocked. That gt had well over $1000 of games/dlc so I was hoping you’d understand but instead I was blocked so I unlinked it myself the hard way

 

After that I didn’t touch or have anything to do with that email or fortnite acct and you came to me begging for forgiveness and for me to please help and while you accepting and agreed to me not promising but thinking about helping now you’re trying to turn the tables going to player up bringing up nonsense. I’ve given screenshots and unless playerup wants more that I have I’m no going back and forth w you cuz we’re getting no where and I’m repeating myself more than once vice versa. You turn down my offers to give money back cuz you wanted info on the acct. I gave info because you gave your word I’d be left out of this bs but here I am still going back and forth with you. I have nothing further to say to you. If player up or a mod would like to speak to me so be it but as for us it’s a never ending back and forth so I’m no longer participating

 

Why didn't you unlink your gamertag xbox stuff before selling it. You made it hard this way. Like I said you kept logging in and buying stuff I haven't asked for. We would never had this issue if you did this before the sale and didn't log in to the account after I bought it.
