This time however, the seller decided to do a refund on the money they placed in the game, thus, banning the entire account. I would have to pay an extra $139 to get the account unbanned again. Funds were recovered on the account you sold to him making the account useless until he pays that amount.
I have no idea what seems to be a problem here Haven't played at all since i sold that acc and haven't changed anything on this site either. What kind of a funds are we talking about here? Where were they changed? How?
The account you sold him has bought in-game currency on it. That in-game currency was then chargebacked which rendered the account useless it's paid back. It has nothing to do with you playing, it has something to do with chargebacking 7500 game coins once the account was not in your possession.
Terrible. Sell your item and then screw over the buyer later by trying to get more money falsely disputing your bank.
Deducting the amount paid to him and reimbursing the buyer with that would be a good fix but there isn't 100% indefinite proof this is true from the buyer either. Things need to be linked together.
Now just wait a minute, i have no idea what are you all talking about here?? The buyer sent money to middleman service, then i sent him (the buyer) the acc ID and pass on that 3 way ticket, and that was over 2 month ago Since then i haven't done anything here, i just login from time to time to see is there any new mail about the payment and i sent a question about it to a middleman a few times without any replay. Then few days ago i got this confusing info about some funds and account issues something something i have no idea about I haven't got any other mail regarding any payment or any in game currency or have i changed anything regarding to payment that i know of I haven't used this site before so would someone please explain to me in a plain way what is the issue here and what should be done to make it right if there is some problem ?
You sold the buyer an account which all went fine until now. Now 2 months down the line, the buyer is saying you refunded purchases made on the game "Naruto Online". So he's saying you made a payment on this game when you held the account, and after selling to him "refunded" the payments you paid on the game. Whether or not this is true is up to the buyer providing more proof. As of now, we only have an order # with no dates to say these payments were made when YOU owned the account. I'm being as neutral as possible with this assumption. Do you have anything else to add? And does the buyer have anymore proof that these payments were made when he was not the account holder?
Hello. I have made extra purchases on the game since I had the account, but I've had no reason to do any refund. I woke up one morning, logged on, and got the refund process. You can clearly see the Invoice Transaction of these 3 which were my first payments on the account are AFTER the refund ones which were penalised. I'm really sorry but i dont get anything here I haven't made absolutely any changes here since the buyer got the acc and the pass. No refunds, no asking for more money or any other changes on the account's price of any kind I have to much work to do so have no time to search the issue here that I still don't understand...there was no mail about any funds or in game currency or anything else, my credits is at the 0,00 from the start, and i haven't seen absolutely any mails from any moderator or middleman or anyone else from this site in 2 months until this refund issue that i cant see the source anywhere on my middleman account. Please,I'm willing to give my pass and ID of this middleman account so some of admins can check it for them self because I really have no time to search for this issue that I just don't get it and cant see where is made
Inside your 3 way ticket Inside your private ticket contains everything regarding how to receive payment. You didn't respond to this ticket. There is a big bold yellow icon that pulls up that shows you need to provide us your payment information. How did you not see it? I'm not sure how much more obvious we need to make this? Others sellers see it just fine but you didn't? Also there are guides and tracking pages on the site that explains the same thing. My only assumption is you didn't check what to do or read instructions. Obviously we cannot pay you if you don't provide us your payment information.
So the good news is your big $700 payment is protected because the seller decided to not complete the transaction on his end. I put an early cancellation in on that right now for: 786303421 As for the payments you made above, we will tell you what to do shortly but going to give the seller a chance to fix this.
