If you want to hit him hard, he is selling on other sites. Report his actions and get his account closed everywhere. We will take action against fraud and fight back/combat it the best we can but others sites they tend to "not care". You should at least push to get their accounts closed on other locations.

Well I used Middleman so i feel like that falls under your guys fraud detection You should look deeper into cases before you posting some automated response user is scamming big time and more and more poeple are gettng banned.
