Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below i added him lookin to purchase an account and after to talking to him for a bout 15 minutes we decided to use paypal GOODS AND SERVICES so I knew I would be good, so I sent the $100 and we were on a call and he was "charging his phone" so he could get the info the email account. After a while of talking on a call and hes screensharing, he says "ok my phones charged on sec" and goes silent. About 3 minutes of silence he drops the call, blocks me on discord, and thats all. Since this is a PayPal transaction, you need to immediately go to PayPal and open a dispute hopefully before the seller moves those funds. In order to do that, go to your paypal receipt, and see the area where it says resolution or dispute payment. Open a dispute and provide them as much proof as possible.
