    Talked with this user and had someone add me to tell me how reliable they are(lol)

    He accepts payment in gift cards or Bitcoin and refuses to take PayPal or any other reliable payment option.

    Pretty suspect.

    The users you are talking about understand the situation. They have received refunds, and do not mind anything going on; If you didn't get scammed, or have no proof, please, you have no say in this.

    Please get the 2 users you are talking about to say this themselves, because i guarantee they are happy they received refunds, other than the other outcome.
