    Okay this payment has now been refunded back to you. I had to manually expedite this for you to at least ease some stress here. Trying to at least get that situation settled as payment wise you're protected under PlayerUp Middleman Services.

    Terribly sorry you had to deal with this situation but we'll take action accordingly to get this resolved

    Now for the rest. What else needs to be resolved here?

    I remember that he had to run trough a security check too - if he did not fake this information playerup might be the biggest chance ...

    If you search here on the forums for Lucas Burka you will find some cases of fraud. I'm pretty sure he'll try it again and again. A lot of trouble for you and a lot of damage to the reputation of the site.
    I think it's time to finally stop this scammer!!!

    Have you opened a ticket with support. Make sure you don't tell them you sold the account but can't login. They will help you regain access.

    I sent private money to the cheater via paypal. It's tough, but I know the money is gone.

    At Bandai, I requested account recovery. I have given a lot of good information. But they do not believe me, that I am the rightful owner ...

    Thanks for the information and help!
    I've already tried to get the money back there. However, I was so stupid and got involved in the family option - no chance, the money is gone.

    Much worse I feel the loss of my account ... The reset via Bandai doesn' work, they do not believe me - further requests are now locked there.
