    He was verified on playerup so I though I could trust him, turns out he scammed me, then blocked me. I believe this is not my fault because it said verified, but I still ended up getting scammed.     @DannyEnvy is this your scammer? The link you gave is a private message so only you and @Admin can open it. Provide screenshots of your conversation with the seller here.

    Many people have the wrong assumptions of being verified in PlayerUp. Verified only means they have submitted their personal information with ID verification that doesn't mean PlayerUp vouches them to be trusted and deal with them off-site. PlayerUp can only do so much to help you out here like releasing their personal info in public or if they have pending payments they can use that to refund your money.

    I will suspend his account after 48hrs and he's still not addressing this dispute.

    @Admin will review this as well and give final judgement. His account could be banned and his personal information released in public.

    There is a chance that you could get refunded but i can't guarantee that for sure. Like i said @Admin still have to review this and if he's found guilty doing such scamming then you MIGHT get your refund from his pending payments thru Middleman Transaction.
