yes i've recieved the 3 way but he isnt saying anything at all, nor is the middle man

 

and under one of his post someone else said "scammer" so i assume he scammed another person as well.

 

When you purchase thru Middleman Service, you have buyer protection. It's your choice to still wait for the seller or just cancel it.

What if the seller doesn't deliver?
Sellers will typically state how long it will take to deliver in their description. In the event that the seller fails to deliver on time, and the buyer no longer wishes to wait for the seller , the buyer may cancel the transaction (refund fee may apply). We will then automatically process the buyer's refund within 1 to 5 calendar days and the buyer will immediately be able to leave feedback on the seller. Any refund fees are issued back to you in a form of a PlayerUp Credit.

i am still waiting on him to cancel, it wont allow me to get my refund until he does cancellation request

 

Once the seller is failed to deliver you game account or scams you, Middleman will handle the rest. You don't need your seller to cancel anymore.
