All in all, i would give @Ripple the edge in this dispute because he provided strong evidence. @Ripple @Petr Kubesa may i ask if both of you could provide screenshots where @Petr Kubesa said you told him that the account was # so he recovered it for you? I don't think it was included in all of the evidence that you guys provided here.

Omg its looking insoluble..And never ending story.Ill provided much evidence Ripple got his account and no one believe..I never saw slower trade website than this Its looks it will take next 5 years Im so sad of this.. Dispute which takes more than 5months..
Stop your whining. Be lucky they even let you explain because you just ignored this for DAYS. I can't believe they still even keep you on this website.
5 years? You were already paid for this transaction less than a week after it started. What happened is Ripple contacted us asked us for help so we did and we opened a dispute here. We tried to reach out to you many times and even said we were going to hold payouts on other transactions until this was resolved. You didn't reply. Your account was eventually restricted and you then contacted us here. Since then we have been giving you a fair opportunity to try to resolve this whereas using other methods they would have just sided in favor of the buyer and closed the case. Initially you said Ripple was trying to scam you pointing to another dispute and kept requesting he was to be banned. You then stated you were going to recall the account sounded like you could but this has not been resolved yet. If you cannot recall the account, please present a fair proposal on your end to resolve this so this doesn't have to drag out 5 years as you said and we can resolve this today.

Ill tryed many times recover account back and it not working.And I do not have to wait until the end of the dispute I was thinking what would be fair and I could get that from my Middleman ballance to send 100USD for Ripple and 100Usd me and it would be 50/50. I think it sounds fair. @Hulk What do you think? I think this sound fair..
Were gonna have to put a timeline on this. Honestly we are all wasting our time here, @Hulk @Rolan and everyone else who has to sit here and deal with this. It's been a 1/3 of a year already. I would like to put a 6 day or 10 day deadline on this, for any more responses and also ask @Hulk to make a decision by then on this.
Your proposal is really bad. Basically the buyer paid $275, you only have $200.10 and you want to give him a $100 which is a 36% refund even though he bought an item that stopped working. As of now, my decision is to give @Ripple the entire amount $200.10 and I will have middleman give additional compensation in other ways to Ripple to offset the other losses. As for you @Petr Kubesa all we can do is offer the same. Compensation from middleman being various things which can save you cash in the future but as of now the balance you have should be transferred to @Ripple.
If you disagree with my decision, you can put in a final appeal here. If the other mods disagree with my decision, they can also appeal but I have proceeded with moving forward with this as a resolution to this issue and have spoken to @Middleman about this now and they have take some initial action on this:
