I wentto log on to the PlayStation account I purchased off of here and was unable to do so after being previously able to for several days prior. Then, I went and tried to recover the password only to find out that while I was sleeping that the email to the account had been changed and I possess no form of ownership. I rightfully paid for the account and would like my money back as the account was recovered. I did purchase 60 day insurance when I bought the account if that is a question.

@kh0ttab still ignores this dispute. We gave more time and more chances for him to resolve this dispute since Middleman already started checking. Unfortunately, he is still no show and failed to resolve here. His account is currently suspended. He may contact Support with the contact info given in PM to resolve this issue.

So what do I do next? I'd really like the money I was scammed out of on your platform back as i did buy your insurance and obvious dodgeing of the seller should indicate that I'm not lying.

How do I remove a High Risk badge from my account?

• Get verified upgrading your account to Verified status - Membership Plans | PlayerUp - Video Game Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform.
• Sell 1 Account through PlayerUp Middleman Services.
  
• Buy 1 Account through PlayerUp Middleman Services.
  
• Wait a period of x days before our system removes the high risk automatically from your account. The specific timeframe varies depending on the infraction that was placed on your account.
  
• Complete at least 3 transactions with other members who provided you Positive Feedback and then submit a Help Ticket requesting your High Risk badge removed as you completed 3 transactions.
  
• Have a Verified or above member represent you taking liable for you if something goes wrong by opening a Help Ticket requesting your High Risk badge removed.
• Submit a well written appeal to have the High Risk badge removed here by opening a Help Ticket. The appeal should contain URLs to other sites that you have Positive Feedback.
