    I have contacted him through email address provided and asked him for photo of account also offered 40 dollars which he accept and he asked me to pay in his paypal which I did. Since after payment he ignored me. I sent numerous emails including screenshot of payment but he ignored me. I sent message to his line but still no reply what so ever. I can see that he is reading my messages in line messenger but he is ignoring. I have been ripped off. I don’t know how to attach things here but all emails and messages are available as proof, just let me know how to send it for you guys.

    I've not done business with him. If he feels he was scammed via PayPal he should dispute purchase to get money back. I have talked to him but did not release any payment details. He messaged me from multiple places with different names so I did not respond. PayPal will always return money. Sounds like my email was compromised on my recent trip. Sounds like it wasn't on this site and should be handled on the appropriate site "PayPal"

    Hello, the seller clearly asked me in his email dated 19.04.2018 to pay 40 dollars to his paypal account (proof of payment is available). I contacted him via same email address and also my Line to inform him of the payment and sent him the screenshot of the payment made to his PayPal account. Sothe excuse that he did not understand why I’ve paid him that amount of money is not acceptable and why should I pay him other than Im expecing to buy game detail from him!
    I unfortunately paid him through the family and friends option which is a common practice and now thats is why the seller trying to reffer to paypal to get away from it. My name is Andre Darabi and I make it clear that I paid 40 dollars to your provided PayPal email address. That is correct that I contacted you through 2 different places including my email address and my Line account. My email address is [email protected] , I made the payment through the same email address and contacted you with my Line id : Andre0072 as well. Its obvious that you scammed me and now trying to get away from it by bringing various excuses. I’m advising you to provide me with account details or alternatively pay back the money to my PayPal account.

    And here is this scammer trick:
    1- To advertise the game account on PlayerUp Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform.
    2- To ask the victim to pay into his paypal account.
    3- after receiving the payment, to ignore the victim, not to reply to any of his emails and text.
    4- try to getting away from it by referring to another website.

    I understand that I have done mistake sending him money directly and not through the website as I was super excited to get my game account faster, but I would like to request to banned this scammer seller to avoid him ripping off other buyers and avoid any disappointment in future for the sake of other users who trusting this website.

    @Jeremiah Medina Why don't you return money to @Andrex0072 but you only expect him to file a dispute on PayPal. It sounds a little strange since you mentioned that your PayPal got compromised. Please explain here.

    @Andrex0072 Any updates? Hope both parties could resolve this together soon.

    @Jeremiah Medina It's almost 24 hrs here. You could manage to PM admin, Middleman and I all day long until you got a warning. Once we ask you to explain why you don't just return the money, you should be able to answer sooner like you normally do.

    Hello, no news, he hasn’t contacted me or refunded any money. I have uploaded some shots before and I will update some more now. I couldn’t manage to inssert the images but i will send the links instead.

    I’ve just noticed that his Zygna game ID Is appears in one of the screenshots he provided via email correspondence, I will report him to the game support if the seller do not provide me with game details or refund my money back.
    I prefer the money back now as I do not wish to deal with this sort of untrustworthy people.
    I unfortunately don’t think that he wish to resolve the problem. I sent him numerous emails and messages but he never bothered to reply. I sent my query, money transfer and also screenshot of payment made with Same email address. So the excuse to not being aware of doing business with me isn’t acceptable. From his first reply I have only a tiny hope that he wishes to rectify the issue sonI would like to request playerup to bring his add dawn and banned him from selling and ripping off other people. It’s obvious that he sold the account, he get paid for it and he never shared the game account information and it doesn’t sound like it would happened.

    @Jeremiah Medina Each moderator takes time here to investigate since Monday. Instead of you returning money to your buyer since the beginning, things can be solved easily. Whether your story of PayPal getting compromised is the truth or not, it is still your responsibility to return money to your buyer when you found out.

    Since you never have background of scamming and helped moderator team with scammer info before, you get another 24 hours to return money to @Andrex0072 Failing to do so, we will necessarily have to ban your account and report to Middleman department.

    I unfortunately can’t get refund from PayPal as I wasn’t experienced enough and sent the money through family and friends option ! I believe you can’t dispute it when you send through family and friends.

    It's true that it is unlikely possible to get refunded if you choose 'Family and friend' option.
    However, you still can report and submit any supportive proofs to PayPal. They do collect proofs. You never know. Some users receive refund before
