    Here is a link to the conversation on player up. From the beginning, he didn't like that player up was going to take up to a week to release his funds and he threatened via gmail that he was going to take the account back. I also have screenshots from steam that show that the account has reverted back to his email. Also, if you have it send a code to unlock the account via phone number, it lists his phone number which I also have. Steam has confirmed through support that he took the account back after I paid him and also purchased/added games of my own to the account.

    Here are links showing that the account has reverted back to his phone number ending in 74 and his email at [email protected]

    I attained these by clicking the forgotten password link and trying to recover the account both by using the steam user name and his email address.

    Information came up for both and he maintains that he has no accounts associated with his email. I can also provide proof that his phone number ends in 74 both in the personal emails he sent me as well as it being listed on other items he is selling at other sites. I don't want to post his number unless requested to protect his privacy.

    The seller was logged in at 6:10pm on Thursday. Any update as to whether or not he has responded? He has stopped responding to me via email and discord.

    Any potential updates? I assume that the seller hasn't responded and wont respond. Please let me know if you need past chat logs between the seller and I.

    Is there any chance you can provide an update to the case? I believe I purchased the insurance plan as well when I checked out. How long are we going to give the seller to respond?

    Its been a week and a half since I submitted this. The only update I see from middleman is that the seller has been notified. I see that the seller has been suspended and was given a 48 hour deadline notice on 4/16. I'm assuming that the seller never responded. Could I please receive an update?

    Thanks guys for the responses. I know things can take awhile, but in the mean time, I get closer and closer to the time limit for the purchase insurance or a paypal dispute

    Well if you dispute on middleman you lose your case automatically so not wise to do that. If you paid for insurance then you're auto covered. Post in your 3 way ticket you did that and you should put a cancellation request now as we did message @Mrswan but she has ignored us so @Middleman will take action against this member shortly here without anymore assistance needed on your end.

    So these posts aren't productive at all and not helping in anyway just taking jabs at us mods. Why cause a stir? I'm sure the site will add more mods in time but you should be patient. Issues will always get resolved here as opposed to pretty much almost every other site in this virtual goods gaming industry which won't give a damn.

    So please don't post negative comments like this actually provide useful feedback to help push and resolve disputes faster if you want to comment.

    Okay I have updated this thread. Per our policy, any middleman transactions for which an user is clear fraud we will release his information until he contacts us to resolve this information.

    @Middleman this case is closed in the buyers favor. Please take action accordingly and void the transaction.

    On a side note, how foolish do you have to be to try to rip someone off over a transaction under $100 and at the same time release all your information to a company? If you're going to rip someone off, don't provide your information.

    The guy is in a 1st world country and is going to ruin his life over less than $100. Not smart but some people don't think before they act like this guy.

    I'm with you. I don't get what the deal was. From the back and forth I was having with him, it seems he was unhappy with the process after the fact. He threatened on numerous occasions that he would take the account back as he didn't want to wait for his funds to be released from Player up. I have no idea what happened as he plays dumb to everything and just issues threats in the place of answers.

    @Middleman , you had mentioned on the 3 way conversation that the transaction had been cancelled and that it would be closed out in 48 hours. It looks like the conversation was closed out last Wednesday, but I haven't heard anything about the refund.
