Thank you for your comment. Feedback could be given easily and we leave it this way by purpose because we have newcomers everyday. Users can give and check feedback for their basic research before trading with anyone. Anyway, it does not mean we let anyone to submit faked feedback. We investigate right away when something is wrong or when users ask for help.
