Seller Has Recalled Runescape Account

    He has already recovered the account as I've shown in the dispute,

    If you read our chat logs it clearly shows him failing to give me password, after he couldnt add the emails.

    He's also lieing about recovering the account as you can see here > Screenshot by Lightshot

    He filled out a recovery form using the email [email protected] (Screenshots below shows he failed to give info needed)

    You can see here on 1/15 I was messaging him waiting for him to respond, because someone had locked me out.

    It took him 3 days to respond to me, but on the 16th he changed the password again here but didnt respond till the 18th

    Im not sure if he deleted the recovery emails from jagex but they would also be in that picture. So clearly he's deleted them to hide the email he's actually put on the account.\

    He finally replied on the 18th , 3 days later, and then stopped replying in general until dispute was opened.

    Okay I looked at most screenshots and it's still undetermined who has control of the account. You're both showing denied errors. Is there any proof @Petr Kubesa took back the account and petr kubesa do you have any proof @Ripple is lying?

    I understand here, it's difficult, I will be honest, it's not looking good in your favor but no decision has been officially made yet and this case hasn't been fully decided because we want to make the 100% correct decision here despite the unusual length of time this particular dispute has here.

    I see @Ripple reached out to you many times but you ignored him which is clearly where you made a mistake. You should have responded right away and addressed this. Why didn't you do that?

    This wasn't good in your case either. You used another example as your defense but it turned out @Ripple was telling the truth and the guy was trying to screw over @Ripple. You also keep saying ban @Ripple. We don't just ban including you or him. We only ban if it's deliberate fraud. Very hard to get banned here unless you aren't legitimate. Please stop asking us to ban him.

    The good news is you both used middleman right so nobody will be completely screwed over here. They'll adjust themselves, waive fees, offer some bonus, and various other things they can do beyond what any normal service can do for the both of you.

    After I had first messaged him on the 15th asking for help because I'd been locked out, I asked for some recovery details, and then on then 3 days later he replied...

    Saying that he had recovered the account "jagex gave him the account".

    That's when he asked me for my email to add to the account. I never received any emails even when he tried another email.

    I asked him for the password to the account and he stopped responding until the dispute was opened and almost closed.

    So i tryed next time recover that account and this denied my acces too.. FML.

    @Hulk I think post number 90 is all evidence where u can 100% see hes owner of the account and hes want robe me for money..

    Like I said here, I asked for account information after being locked out and he decided to recover the account. He's now lieing saying he's changed my email, but as you can see from our chats, he still has the password never gave it to me, and he can still access the account he has no need to recover it.

    Also the screenshots showing my email address are bullshit he can add a similar email or simply add it and not confirm send and screen shot it.

I never scammed anything...i got ******* evidence i sent email to your email adress and stop talking u didnt received it.. You only abuse your good feedback thats all.. Btw i think i posted all my evidence and I have no reason to say anything.

    @Petr Kubesa your evidence are really lacking. From all the proofs you provided there weren't anything that will clearly justify your claims that you input the correct information (email address) that he wanted you to put. Your evidence shows this o*******.g****.com which could be any email that starts with "o".

    Also, i dont see you moving places got to do with you not being able to recover the account. As long as you know the original info there should be no issue recovering it. It would make no sense if they would not allow you to do it just because you are in a different place and a different ISP.

    Also here it states that you can view the details as to why your account reset password was denied. Screenshot by Lightshot can you follow their instructions there and let us see what was the reason your request was denied? That would answer your question why its now working.
