So i bought a refurbished phone last month from a high reps seller from eBay after i got it i kept it charging overnight and when i turned it on the battery was draining so fast and after some time the phone was dead wasn't turning on ,i reached out to him about my problem (i didn't tell him that the phone was dead bc it didn't happened yet) and he told do you want a partial refund to get it fixed or return it then i told him that i don't think fixing it is a good idea and also i said give me more information about return (international returns are so expensive) and mentioned that the phone was actually dead , a week passed and he didn't respond i went straight to PayPal and i opened a dispute 4 days ago and he didn't responded . what do you think should i do ? and is PayPal on my side or on the sellers side?
