    Giving @gammer cook 48hrs to respond here. However, if we see him ignore this dispute and still actively selling/buying during the time given to him to respond here, we will be taking action against his account and lock him out.

    @Adam5550 i'm assuming you already filed a dispute on PayPal when you contacted them earlier?

    called paypal at 530pm cst and they said there is nothing they can do about it because he already received the funds and withdrew all via a paypal business debit card. ill go to my bank and file on monday, see if they can do anything about fraud

    I see, i think its just PayPal not wanting to bother with small transactions since it would still take 2 - 4 business days before the money is sent to his bank and this happened during the weekend.

    Anyway, hope you get your money back.

    well a paypal business debit its like a ATM card. can be withdrawn anywhere, but i agree paypal is lazy
