    i paid him via playpal.me page he said he would give it to me but he didnt give me the account this guys a nasty love you i want My money back from him but he ignores my mesages. what do i do

    this guy performed a charge back on the purchase he was sending even my npost says 30$ he was suppose to send 17 but he took the money back before i could do anything then filed a dispute

    he even says he asked for a refund from paypal. my balance is negative because of this guy and i have PROOF
