Hello, last week I made an order on Spartoo.com I ordered some shoes that costed 131,20€ and paid by Credit Card. It was sent with UPS Express Saver® at my country. The thing is when they did the delivery, I was not at home and the delivery boy went to my neighbour and he received the package, and then he called me that he has it. On the UPS Tracking, on the "Received by" it has his name instead of mine. Can I call Spartoo and tell them that I didn't receive anything and I would like a refund ?? Anyone did something similiar with Spartoo ?
