Middleman already responded to you in another ticket. Why open another ticket here? Also this isn't a dispute. You should talk to middleman support about this. Closing this.
@Hulk i have asked in that thread two times about this but both posts are pending for approval. No one looking at tickets. I have opened ticket like 10 days before and its still pending.

Hope so... i completed one transaction as a buyer successfully and its written in buyer benefits that we will get free $20 membership upgrade. its been like 15 days and i am still unverified member.
