    We made deal for $40 outside of PlayerUp and he sent money but it was processing. Next morning I wake and see it is disputed and money was reversed. He still demands money or account. However PayPal has taken funds and returned them to original source. I request feedback be deleted so my customers will continue to come back. I have 100+ transactions and never had a dispute on PayPal

    How long does he have? People don't want to even sell me anything due to the false feedback. Also got duplicate false feedback.

    How long does this take? I believe people are targeting me for no apparent reason. In person as well as onsite

    @Kingdraco87 is suspended for failing to explain about the negative feedback after moderator contacted thru both PM and tagging.

    We have the process here and we give people time to explain. In this case, @Kingdraco87 does not show up. Admin will take it from here ok?

    So is this case with Kingdraco closed since he didn't respond? You said an Admin would take it from here however that was 3 days ago.

    I have explained to you many times that it has nothing to do with moderator team anymore. We have helped to solve in the area that we are authorised. Stop spamming either here or PM.

    Yes it is STILL with admin so ask him directly.

    You haven't explained that but ok I will wait but if i am curious about it, so if it goes another 3 days without response I will reply again. I have no ideal who Admin is or how to reach him. I thought i would only be 24 hours once he didn't respond and you said admin would take from there.

    Also, there are currently 3 pages that we reply your PM. You got helped and replied everytime. We don't mind to help you here. However, you need to stop asking the same question if we already explain. Our answer is not going to change just because you keep asking the same here.

    If you don't know who admin is or how to reach him, you also can ask 'HOW TO'. There is no point you keep asking moderator here about admin work. You can check and learn more about the site and you would find answers easily.

    For an example, you can go to homepage and click support PlayerUp Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform., you would find knowledge base over there. It still does not answer your question? There is an option you can submit a ticket there. Open New Support Ticket | PlayerUp Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform.

    Ok well I'm just curious because this should have been resolved by now. It's been 5 days without him responding. It's hard to do anything when. It takes a week for one response from admin. You said it would be 24 hours which is why I asked 24 hours later what the problem was.

    From what you told me I understand they have 24 hours to respond before suspension then 48 hours after that to respond before feedback is removed

    We gave 24 hours to users who have dispute or report against themselves. In this case, it was about them. Not about you. This has nothing to do with your feedback removal process and admin.

    Moderator team did help to follow your case that had conflict with other users and finished investigation. Nothing to do more on moderator side. No one ever says that feedback would be removed. It depends on admin whether he would consider to remove or not.
