Hi everyone, I'm in need of some help / information. Here's the backstory: I bought a Keurig machine and it broke. I called Keurig and they sent me a replacement one, it's at the post office waiting for me to pick it up. On the phone the lady said included in the box will be a shipping label, to ship back the broken one. I did give the Keurig lady on the phone my real personal information (name and address) I can return the broken one I bought for a full refund from the store I had originally purchased it from. How can I either not ship the old one back to Keurig, and return it instead for a full refund while keeping the new one Keurig just sent out to me OR Get another one sent to me? Thanks guys! I am in Canada btw
