    Waiting 29 days now. And i not get any money, and playerup not ban him lol
    $770 is so me for me, he say dont have any control lol. Just send use western union and this case is clear

    I think he dont want pay me, this case is simple. Send me use Western Union or give me back my account.
    I just want to show u all, " Pro Seller " scam money $770 lol. Dont be afraid @Ripple Just create new account, " Pro Seller " again, and scam again lol !!!

    What are you talking about? I've been constantly updating this every time I get an update with PayPal.

    I just sent the last reply from paypal stating it was a technical issue and i'm not able to cancel or retrieve the funds till they release it.

    If I had the ability to cancel the transaction , it would take 3-5 business days and I would send him through Western Union.

    I've provided documents just this week showing that Paypal has both escalated and a supervisor is addressing the error that happened while paypal was doing a system upgrade.

    First of all, I've had a dispute open for almost 2 months now that you closed out and then havnt even addressed where a seller recalled the account and you're telling me after providing evidence i'm waiting on paypal to release payment, that i'm gonna get MY ACCOUNT closed? Lol

    Where the seller failed to respond for a month, and your threatening to close my account after I've clearly shown the PAYMENT IS STILL PENDING and continued to provide updates from paypal?

    What is so hard to understand?

    The user had me send money to his friends paypal, paypal had a system upgrade and now the funds are locked until paypal manually investigates the transactions. I've litteraly done everything I can to get the funds released to him.

    The funds will get released to him, what is so hard to understand.

    What information besides like 5 emails from Paypal stating the transaction is being fixed can I provide?

    Every time I call they tell me the same thing, its been escalated, it happened to a bunch of transactions, its on our supervisors desk... this is what they tell me.

    Im waiting for them to call me back right now AGAIN.

    UPDATE: @Rolan

    So ordinarily they look at these transaction cases individually , when an error happens. Because there were so many transactions there's a long line of people waiting to get money released.

    I was able to get a lady from limitations department to ignore policy because its unfair and try and release the funds to me tomorrow instead of waiting. She has to get approval from her supervisor, so hopefully by late afternoon i'll have the funds.

    Look mate I know it sucks but paypal are very cautious with large transactions, it could take multiple months for the money to arrive, I believe that the buyer has actually been very diligent with trying to resolve this issue and you are not making things better whining like a child. Call paypal if you have to and let them know to try speed up the transaction process, this would help as I can see the buyer has also done this. @Ripple

    Hey all, use ur brain!! Im waiting 32 days now, im paypal user, send money with friend and family wasting a second!
    I know you all not s t u p i d, you all know who is act in this case!
    @Ripple send with Bank Account why? Cz him want take money back in the future or he is not allowed transaction, paypal say need confirmation from him.

    It's not his fault that PayPal are withholding the money, HE is TRYING to get the money to you to the best of his ability and you keep complaining saying "I know you is a scammer"
