Hello i am interested of a partial refund on my recent forever21 order. The total is about 75 I am thinking of getting with 2 missing items out of 4 for about 50 i live in eu.Icalled the customer service.The polite representative told me that i'll receive an email with an affidavit form to fill out and send.So they can proccess to refund. What should i do? Thank you
