    You failed to give me information that I needed to recover the account. Instead you decided to recover the account yourself and then keep it and ignore me for about a month.

    Yes I gave two different emails to have the recovery set to. Each time I requested a password reset I never recived an email, even tho the recovery email "looked" to be mine All the while you could have simply given me the password so I could have requested the change my self.

    I've provided evidence that clearly shows you attempting to keep the account. Our conversations show you stoping to reply after I asked for passwords hundreds of times through messages on player up over several weeks.


    You failed to respond to a dispute where me and hulk tried to get a hold of you for several weeks while you repeatedly came online,

    You have the account. The reason its obvious you have the account is that your asking for it back when you have failed to set the recovery emails to mine, and even if you had or did, you could still recover the account through jagex.

    For the record,

    He can recover the account at any time. The first message I sent to him was asking for information like country account was made in, ISP provider , account creation date.

    All info he had, failed to give me, but used to recover the account.

    The account can always be recovered by him even with a recovery email set and authentication and all other security factors you can use.

    This case has already been closed out in my favor. There's clear evidence you've taken the account which I've provided.

    Are you able to review the information provided and make a verdict. I've been dealing with this since January 9th when he recalled the account.

    Buying OSRS accounts is very risky, even the MM can't decrease the risk.
    • Always require account creation IP.
    • Always require ISP name.
    • Always require ORIGINAL email (if there's welcome message from Jagex at that email - even better).
    After buying account:
    • Do not change bank pink for a long time
    • Do not change nickname of the account for a long time
    • Do not rearrange tab's, sell valuable items for a long time
    From personal experience I can say that if Jagex notices change of behaviour (ex: nick change) - they will recover the account.

    AND FOR THE GODS SAKE - IF BUYING REALLY VALUABLE ACCOUNT. REQUIRE SELLER TO CHANGE HIS IP BY CONTACTING ISP, I think this could be done as a condition for a money release to the seller.


    And of course require confirmation if the seller did changed the IP (email from ISP, or an letter from ISP is enough).

    No it's not. I also see in the logs you have another dispute opened on a Runescape Account but per the logs the other party hasn't responded so maybe a false report.

    Anyway Ripple issue is open. Can we conclude this? What is both your final proposals to resolve this and then we'll make a decision.

    1.This dispute isnt opened i think this is a mistake.
    2.I would like to resolve this dispute, but I would like to get back my account which Ripple got.This is very sad,Guy with good positive feedback started robbing members with worse feedback because it proves to be less innocent.And i waiting for my payment from the another account like 3 months..

    At this point I've already presented all the information I have.

    This is probably my closing statement. I've provided all evidence showing he stopped responding after I couldn't recover the account from him, and didn't reply until the end of the dispute

    Again he can at any time recall the account no matter what security precautions I use. So if I had the account I would willingly give him it back because he can take it anyway and I just want my money back.

    I can't see any resolution with him. Playerup will have to intervene.

    1.I said i havent acces to internet because i didnt respond and after i get suspended..You cant read or why u talked i ignored you?...
    2.You talking about recovery informations.. This account is newer than year 2010 so its havent recovery.
    3.If you give me my account back ill say for resend money to you.
    4.This is very sad.You abusing your good feedback for scamm people who have worse feedback than you and PlayerUp dont ban you its so sad..I think is my finally speech and we solve this.

    He recalled the account. It's literally written in our chat logs on playerup that he recovered the account. And stopped responding till after the dispute was filed.

    I want my money back if that's what you mean.

    You failed to respond to me for weeks. It's been almost 2 months since the account was taken back. After I lost access I messaged you asking for the information to recover the account as your the only person who can.

    You failed to give me IP adress or region account was made or any of the details to which I could myself recover it. You then messaged me that you recalled the account. Great, except after giving you two different email addresses to change the recovery email to I still couldnt gain access to the account. I finally asked you for the password to the account but you stopped replying to weeks of my messages. After almost 3 weeks I opened a dispute against you where you failed to respond for 2 weeks while being online.

    The problem with your lie, is that you've already proved you've stolen the account back. I have messages that the middleman and Hulk can read, where you admitted to recalling the account. The problem with your scam is your saying you've entered my email into the recovery. But if you did, you could send a screen shot of Jagex's email to you for the email confirmation where it will show my exact email where you confirm to change it. But you can't send a screen shot of the email confirmation because you dont have one with my correct email.

    Also your lieing about not being online, because me and hulk watched you come online for the entirety of the dispute. As hulk stated above the issue has been closed and ruled in my favor.
